How is your pricing structured?
Hourly rates are published on each service page. Handyman jobs start at a bespoke price for the first hour. Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry start at a bespoke price for the first hour. Larger jobs — refurbishments, full installations — are quoted as fixed-price projects after a free site survey. Materials are quoted separately and transparently. No call-out fee on standard estimates.
Do you work on commercial properties as well as residential?
Yes. We work with landlords, letting agents, managing agents, and commercial property managers across London and the M25, in addition to homeowner clients. PPM contracts (planned preventative maintenance) are particularly popular with managing agents who need scheduled upkeep across multiple properties — see our PPM page for details.

Emergency call-outs are answered within the hour during standard hours via our 24-hour line.
