Dagenham (RM8–RM10) is dominated by the Becontree estate, one of the largest housing estates in Europe, so the stock is largely consistent 1930s housing, much of it now privately owned or rented. Many properties here are now buy-to-let rentals, generating a steady stream of pre-tenancy electrical inspections and end-of-tenancy refurbishment work.
Newer regeneration around Dagenham Dock and the wider Thames Estuary corridor is adding modern apartment blocks where snagging electrics and minor plumbing remedials crop up at hand-over. We work for both individual owners and managing agents across these new developments.
