ARI Maintenance was founded by Arianne "Ari" Raofi to fix a problem every London property owner recognises. One job almost never needs one trade. A leak under a bath becomes tiling, then decorating. A tenant moves out and it is a clean, a handful of repairs and a repaint before the next one moves in. Handled by separate contractors, that is three quotes, three diaries, and nobody accountable for the gaps in between.
So the company was built the other way round. One team covering plumbing, electrical work, handyman jobs, cleaning, removals, roofing and full kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. One number to call, one written quote, and one person signing it off.
That person is Ari. Every quote goes through him, which is what keeps the standard the same whether the job is a dripping tap in Hackney or a full bathroom refurbishment in Camden. Behind him the team brings 40 years of combined experience on London property, and the trades work alongside each other rather than being subcontracted out and forgotten.

Gas appliance work, servicing and landlord gas safety certificates are carried out by our Gas Safe registered partner, not claimed in-house.
Certified electrical work is signed off by our NICEIC-registered partner, so notifiable jobs are certificated properly.
You are never handed off to a stranger. The person who quotes the job is answerable for it, and the trades coordinate between themselves rather than through you.
A free survey where the job needs one, then an itemised written quote. Nothing gets added to a job without agreeing it with you first.
Where a job is notifiable, it goes to our Gas Safe registered or NICEIC-registered partner. We would rather bring in the right certificate than stretch a claim.
Dust sheets down, communal areas respected, and photographs of completed work for landlords and managing agents who are not on site.
The team works these streets every week: Victorian terraces still running original pipework, converted houses where one leak becomes two flats' problem, mansion blocks with communal systems, warehouse conversions with concrete fixings, and new blocks with managed access and pressurised mains. Controlled parking zones, permit suspensions and agent notice periods are all factored into the quote rather than sprung on you afterwards.
