Fully tanked, level-access wet rooms with linear drains and tiled floor-to-ceiling. The most demanding bathroom format on waterproofing, we use BS 8000-aligned tanking systems with manufacturer-backed warranties on the membrane.
Walk-in showers, grab rails, level-access trays, low-rise toilets, and wider door layouts for ageing-in-place or mobility-impaired clients. We work with occupational therapist specifications where applicable.

Within 48 hours of the visit you get an itemised written quote covering labour, materials, disposal, and VAT. We can quote the same scope at three specification levels (budget / mid-range / high-end fixtures) so you can see the trade-offs.
Once you accept the quote, we set a start date and write you a day-by-day schedule covering every trade. You know exactly when strip-out happens, when the bathroom is unusable, and when each fixture is fitted.
Days 1–5 typically: strip-out, plumbing first-fix, electrical first-fix, waterproofing and tanking. Daily clean-down so the rest of the property stays liveable.
Days 6–15 typically: wall and floor tiling, second-fix plumbing, fixture installation, final electrics, accessories, painting, and snagging. We walk you through the finished bathroom, register manufacturer warranties, and issue the 12-month workmanship guarantee in writing.
