This website is operated by ARI MAINTENANCE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16313436. Registered office: 60 Tottenham Court Road, Office 1048, London W1T 2EW. We are a service-area business and do not operate a trade counter at that address; all work is carried out at your property.
Using this website
This website is provided for general information about our property maintenance services. You may use it for your own personal and business purposes. The content, design, text and images on this site belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission. You must not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Information and quotes
Information on this site, including any description of a service, is provided in good faith and for general guidance only. Every property is different, so anything discussed before we have assessed the specific job is an indication rather than a price. A quote is not a binding contract until we have confirmed the scope, price and timing with you directly in writing. Where we carry out work, it is done on the terms we agree with you at the time.
Regulated work and partners
Certain work is regulated and is carried out by registered third parties on our behalf. Gas appliance work, servicing and landlord gas safety certification are carried out by our Gas Safe registered partner. Certified electrical work is signed off by our NICEIC-registered partner. Those registrations are held by the partner, not by ARI Maintenance Ltd, and the relevant certificate is issued by whoever carries out the work.
Our workmanship guarantee
Where stated, our work is backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee on the labour we carry out, subject to the specific terms we provide for that job. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided separately by the manufacturer.
Insurance
We hold £5M public liability insurance. Details of cover are available on request.
Liability
While we take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
