We carry copper, plastic, push-fit, and compression fittings in every van so the repair happens on the first visit — no “we’ll come back tomorrow with the part”. Typical repair: 1-3 hours, a bespoke price-a bespoke price depending on access.
Blocked Drains and Toilets
Slow drains, gurgling pipes, and standing water are signs of a blockage. We use manual rodding, hand augers, and high-pressure jetting to clear sinks, baths, toilets, and external drains. We diagnose recurring blockages caused by tree roots, scale build-up, and collapsed pipes.
Boiler Repair and Servicing
Most combi, system, and conventional boilers — diagnostics, parts replacement, annual servicing, pressure resets, and full system flushes. Common fixes include diverter valves, pressure sensors, thermocouples, and pump replacements. Annual servicing on Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Glow-worm, and Viessmann units booked alongside heating-system pipework in the same visit.
Bathroom and Kitchen Plumbing
Full plumbing for bathroom and kitchen refurbishments led by Kris — first-fix and second-fix work, isolation valves, soil stack connections, and fixture installation. Domestic and small commercial.
Tap, Toilet, and Radiator Replacement
Tap washer and cartridge replacements, toilet replacements (close-coupled, wall-hung, back-to-wall), radiator installation, bleeding, and thermostatic valve fitting.
